1. The press release title must be under 100 characters in length.
2. The press release copy must be under 1,000 words in length and we typically recommend a minimum of 500 words.
3. Please ensure to include an introduction of 2 or 3 sentences that summarises what the press release is about.
4. Please include a header image with your press release submission which should be 1920 x 1080 pixels in size with minimal text. Do not include the title of your press release within the header image as our website will include this automatically.
5. Please limit the number of links within your press release to a maximum of 5. All links will be nofollow unless specifically requested otherwise.
6. Please include an email address within your press release. This is of course optional but highly recommended.
7. If you are sending your press release via document format, please ensure it is sent in word, text file.
Please note: although our experienced content team proof read and edit press releases for blatant spelling and grammatical errors, it is understood that the press release you send us is indeed ready to be published. Once the press release has been published, we will not make any corrections or amendments whatsoever, unless the requested change is due to an error on our part.
